Multifunctional house in Svitavy

This project deals with a design of a multifunctional house in Svitavy. The object is designed as a building without a basement, detached house with four above-ground floors. It is fitted into flat terrain. Newly built multifunctional house serves two main functions. The first is the creation of nine housing units, which are accessible from the central staircase and have an individually designed entrance. The second function of the new building is commercial utilization. There are three business premises in the house, each of them has its own sanitary facilities and separate entrance. The roof is designed as single-layered, flat, composed of asphalt strips. The structural system of the building is brick, made of ceramic blocks. The building is insulated with a contact insulation system.
Family house

The topic of this bachelor thesis is a family house with one story above ground and residential basement under the part of building. Shed roof has a slope of 7%. As the load-bearing construction were used bidirectional structure walls made of Porotherm bricks. The building is situated on slightly sloping plot towards the west. All the used constructions are according valid ČSN regulations.

The topic of this thesis is the processing documentation of a fitness center with another establishment of wellness and coffehouse. Building is situated on a sloping terrain in Odry. It's a public services. The building has two above-ground floors and one basement. The loadbearing structure is of cast-in-place concrete frame. The building is insulated by contact insulating system ETICS. Roofing is of flat roof. On the land is designed park with 15 spaces directly accessible from the driveway.
Apartment house with law office in Nové Mesto nad Váhom

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a multi-purpose building, which will be used mainly for long-term housing. In order to create a space for use in administrative work in the area, the building also considers the area for this activity. For this purpose, the land was perfectly suited to the function of the future building on the fringe of the town Nové Mesto nad Váhom. The land is flat, located in a built-up area with family and apartment houses, on the corner of streets named Bzinská and Odnrej Plachý. The place in the nineties served as a public city swimming pool for recreation and sport. The land has been unused since the end of this activity. Therefore, the intention of the building would not only be enriched by the housing stock of the city, but also the value of the dilapidating land would increase. The building is designed as a detached storey house with one underground and four above-ground floors. It is divided into a residential part and an administrative part with separate entrances. The building is covered with a flat single-skin roof with attic around the perimeter. All entrances to the building are designed as barrier-free. The residential area on the ground floor contains a housing unit and its facilities and equipment designed for three people with limited mobility and orientation. Other higher floors have two apartments for four people. The apartment part includes a basement, where each apartment is assigned a cellar. Furthermore, in the basement there are common areas for residents such as a workshop, a store of common garden furniture and tools, a gym with sanitary facilities and a common room with a toilet. There is an elevator machine room, a boiler room and a cleaning room with the facilities of the operators in which only authorized persons will have access to the facility. Apartment building

The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to elaborate a project documentation designated for construction of the apartment building located within the terriotry of Jablunkov town. The building plot is situated in the marginal area of this town. The building is projected as a separate unit including three above-ground floors with a cellar. The object has a constructional wall system from ceramic blocks. The construction of the ceiling and the roof is made of monolithic plates. The roof is covered with a single flat roof. The basement includes cellars for the residents, boiler room, clubhouse, cleaning room and technical room. On the above-ground floors there are located six residential units in total (there are two units in each of them). There is designated one unit for people with lower mobility on each floor. The size of each residential unit is projected as four-room flat.

Bachelor thesis project solves a family semi-attached house in flat terrain. Terraced house is located on the ground number 1646/302 in the city Havlíčkův Brod, district Horní Žižkov. Built-up area of the house is 104,73m2. The building has two above-ground floors, no basement. The house is designed for four to five people, the rooms are oriented mainly towards the south, part of the house is a garage. Outer and interior bearing walls are designed from the shuttering of the company Velox, interior partitions are made of plasterboard. Ceilings are created from ceiling beams and formwork liners Velox. Terraced house has a saddle roof, roof slope is 15°. Exterior doors and windows are plastic from the company Vekra. Also includes is a seminar paper on the topic of heat pumps in family houses.
House for seniors in Vyškov

The subject of the diploma thesis is a new-built home for the seniors in the village Vyškov. The building is designed on a slightly sloping terrain. The main entrance is oriented to the northeast. It consists of one building divided into three expansion units. It is a building with a partial basement floor and three floors. The building is designed from reinforced concrete frame with masonry infill Porotherm. The ceiling structure is designed from a continuous cross -reinforced monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building is covered with a flat roof. House is designed for desabled persons.
Senior house

This thesis addresses building of a new home for seniors with a special care on the street Zahradni in Pilsen. The relevant estate lies on the compound of a former paper mill on the right bank of the Radbuza river near the Papirensky bridge. When the proposition for the building was being drafted, an extra focus was placed on the special care regime. This means continuous home and nursing care with medical oversight including a guaranteed care for patients with special needs, such as those suffering from dementia, Alzheimer's disease or those with psychiatric issues in a stabilized stage. The proposed capacity of the home for the Aged consists of 142 beds in three above-ground floors, which also contain lounges that double as canteens. The underground floor houses the kitchen whit catering equipments, which will only be used for this object, the main lounge, exercise and creative areas, as well as staff rooms including those of the management. This type of a facility is currently in great demand in the Czech Republic due to the insufficient capacity of similar social and health facilities.
